As the Fraud Product Consultant, you will develop and deliver on project outcomes. You will function as a product Subject Matter Expert (SME) representing the Investigative Services and Enterprise Fraud team on projects that move the strategy forward. You will participate in project work, project research, solution feasibility, problem solving, risk identification and mitigation and execution of deliverables. You will continually collaborate on decision making, solution and implementation considerations with partners from the respective supported business areas.
How You Will Create Impact
- Working as a member of the Project Team, in conjunction with Analytics, Business Intelligence, Project Managers, Change Consultants, IT, Claims, Product, Underwriting, Retail Sales & Service, Learning, developing and delivering on program/project outcomes.
- Functioning as an SME representing Investigative Services and Enterprise Fraud, providing expertise on fraud methodologies, business strategy, business operations, tactics, guidelines, processes, and procedures related to the project purpose and outcomes.
- Engaging in and supporting project work, including project research, collaborate with both internal and external partners to gather more information, building solutions, problem solving, identifying risks, review/consult on training material.
- Helping to identify and monitor issues and opportunities for improvement, adapting to changing priorities and assist in communicating the impact and facilitating solutions to support initiatives.
- Anticipating and assisting with the management of project issues. Communicate the impact of these issues and facilitate solutions.
- Equipping leadership with data in a usable form to use as content with audiences.
- Supporting leadership with the development of audience appropriate content to report on various topics associated with subject matter expertise.

To Join Our Team
- You have 3-5 years of business experience working on projects with demonstrated experience in workflow/process design and development and knowledge of core business functions.
- You have a post-secondary education in Business or a related discipline
- You have strong technical experience and knowledge of business process improvement and project management practices using various methodologies and successful project life cycle experience.
- You have demonstrated expertise in fraud detection, investigation, suppression and prevention.
- Having the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) or other related designation and the LEAN Green Belt certification is an asset.

- You will travel occasionally.
- Detail oriented work that requires a considerable degree of mental concentration for extended periods of time.
- Extended work hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
- This role involves direct contact with clients and/or service providers in their environment.
- You will be subject to a background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.
