Eastern Kentucky University seeks a Coordinator, Fraternity & Sorority Life and Student Involvement to advise student leaders, support chapter operations, and promote engagement on the Richmond Campus.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and one year of relevant experience; evening/weekend availability and a valid driver's license are needed. Collaboration with campus partners and ongoing program development are core duties.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in related fields.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • One year of professional or graduate-level experience in higher education or student affairs.
  • Experience advising student organizations and planning programs.
  • Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends; valid driver's license required/eligible.

Responsibilities

  • Advise governing councils and coach chapters; assist with recruitment and events.
  • Manage RSO registration, advise leaders, and coordinate involvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate department programs and supervise student employees.
  • Support the Center for Student Involvement with special projects.
