Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Franchise Operations Analyst to support franchise administration and master data activities for a leading global quick-service restaurant brand.

The role is based onsite in Downtown Toronto, five days per week, and involves partnering with senior team members to maintain franchise and customer data, manage agreement documentation, and coordinate with franchisees and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably within finance, operations, administration, or data management.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage directly with franchisees and business leaders.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, ask thoughtful questions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education. Experience with SAP or master data management systems.
• Exposure to franchise operations or customer master data processes.
• Accounting, reconciliation, or financial analysis experience.
• Experience working with large datasets and process-driven environments.
