Job summary

Element Technical Services is seeking Frac Operators to join their Carlyle, SK team. This role involves operating frac equipment and supporting oilfield operations in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, team-oriented, and eager to grow their skills with continuous paid training.

Forty-hour workweeks with a 14 days on/7 days off rotation. A $2,000 signing bonus and comprehensive benefits package are available on hire, plus RRSP matching and PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 driver license with satisfactory driving abstract.
• Valid H2S and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Knowledge of the oilfield industry is an asset.
• Willingness to work a 14 days on/7 days off rotation.
