Bouchier is hiring Utility Equipment Operators for the CNRL Horizon site in Fort McMurray, AB. You will operate a variety of heavy equipment to support roads and grounds operations on a 7/7 rotation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years heavy equipment experience required.
• Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s license is mandatory.
• Clean 5-year driving record required (within 30 days of starting).
• CSO – Common Safety Orientation must be completed.
• WHMIS 2015 knowledge required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in varying climates.
• Fluency in English (read/write/speak) and legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment vehicles across roads and grounds.
• Support infrastructure and site maintenance activities.
• Work a 7/7 rotation as part of field operations.
• Maintain safety standards and report hazards promptly.

These operators will work a 7/7 rotation, handling a variety of heavy equipment to support roads and grounds operations. The ideal candidates are experienced, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a leading Indigenous-owned company serving the Athabasca Oil Sands region.

What You’ll Need
