Definity in Canada seeks a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead disciplined expense management across the organization. You will partner with business unit leaders to oversee forecasting, budgeting, benchmarking, and reporting while building a high-performing team.

This role requires CPA Canada designation, a Finance/Accounting degree, 5+ years in finance with leadership, and experience with Oracle, Hyperion, Spreadsheet Server, and Google Gemini Enterprise. Hybrid work available.

Qualifications

• CPA (Canada) designation required.
• University degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years progressive finance experience with people leadership.
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion and Spreadsheet Server is an asset.
• Experience leveraging generative AI platforms, specifically Google Gemini Enterprise.
• Strong financial analytical, modelling, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting and planning for organizational expenses.
• Coordinate with business units to deliver forecasts in line with targets and benchmarks.
• Lead benchmarking activities against industry peers.
• Develop ad hoc analyses and regular reporting to support expense management.
