Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
• Familiarity with financial statements and consolidation concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Improve data collection, reporting, and analysis for efficiency and scalability.
• Analyze financial results, identify drivers, and prepare leadership commentary.
• Maintain monthly cash flow reporting with accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in financial close and consolidation activities.
• Provide analytical support to FP&A initiatives and trends.
• Enhance forecasting and reporting with scalable models and automation using Excel/Power BI.
