Job summary

isgSearch is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional in Toronto to develop and maintain forecasting models supporting monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term plans. You will analyze variances and advise management, while partnering with Sales, Marketing and other leaders to drive insights and growth initiatives.

The role requires strong Excel, Power BI, and analytical skills, with exposure to BI tools like Tableau, SQL, and planning systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of FP&A, financial analysis or data analytics experience.
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations or Go-to-Market functions preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial forecasting models for monthly, annual and long-term planning.
• Perform actual vs forecast analysis and provide commentary to management.
• Analyze GM metrics including CAC, ROI, lead conversion and CLV.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and other leaders to drive data-driven decisions.
• Build business cases and financial analyses for growth initiatives.
