Job summary

noissue is building a finance function to support scale, starting with FP&A as a major pillar. You will work with the VP of Finance across sales, operations and supply chain, with board visibility, to shape forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting.

You’ll own the forecast, drive the budgeting cycle, and develop robust dashboards and data models that enable fast decisions; strong data skills and business partnering are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in FP&A, commercial finance, corporate finance, consulting, or analytical role in product/ecommerce.
• Proven ability to build and sustain a model, dashboard, or reporting process.
• Experience partnering with Sales/Operations and communicating financial outcomes to non-finance audiences.
• Comfort with messy, multi-entity, multi-currency data.

Responsibilities

• Own the rolling cash flow forecast: 13-week direct view and 12-month indirect view.
• Run the 2027 budget end-to-end: timetable, templates, budget holder conversations, board view.
• Rebuild monthly management reporting pack to explain performance.
• Develop metrics and definitions used across the business to ensure consistency.
• Create dashboards and move analysis into data pipelines and models.
