ThoughtStorm is seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst/FP&A professional to analyze financial data and drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting decisions. You will build dashboards and models using Excel, SQL, Power BI, and AI-enabled tools, delivering insights and actionable recommendations.

The role emphasizes variance analysis, performance measurement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve processes and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or FP&A.
• 4+ years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• 4+ years with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and financial modeling.
• 2+ years with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• 3+ years of experience working with large financial datasets and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business decisions.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards, and analytical models using Excel, SQL, Power BI, and AI-enabled analytics tools.
• Perform variance, trend, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
• Validate, reconcile, and maintain financial data across enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.
• Use AI tools to accelerate data analysis, reporting, documentation, and business insights.
