Job summary

Devs.ai, an AppDirect subsidiary, is seeking a founding Senior Account Executive to work directly with the founder and GM, shaping growth and culture. You will identify prospects, build meaningful relationships, and guide clients on their AI journey.

You will partner with the GM, Product team, and Sales Engineering to position the Devs.ai platform, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, and drive revenue in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Track record of succeeding in previous sales roles and the drive to build something from the ground up.
• Strong ability to present compelling value propositions & ROI in complex environments to diverse audiences.
• Working knowledge of the B2B AI landscape and credible discussion of AI products and business applications.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first contact to signed contract.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects and build relationships with prospective clients and executives.
• Partner with GM, Product team, and Sales Engineering to guide AI journeys.
• Execute end-to-end sales process for new business opportunities and hit quotas.
• Coordinate internal resources to close deals and ensure customer success.
• Represent Devs.ai in customer engagements and travel as required.
