Job summary

Docebo is seeking a founding member of our Forward Deployed Engineering team to bridge cutting-edge AI technology with real-world impact. You will work hand-in-hand with strategic enterprise customers to transform complex L&D workflows into autonomous, high-impact AI agents within the Docebo Agent Hub.

You’ll own the product lifecycle from discovery and system architecture to production deployment, shaping the technical roadmap, and building bespoke solutions that scale across our ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack software development.
• Customer-centric focus with ability to engage enterprise stakeholders.
• Comfort with undefined problems and ownership from zero to one.
• Ability to prototype quickly and iterate based on feedback.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend and Next.js/TS for backend.

Responsibilities

• Define how the FDE team operates and set internal playbooks.
• Map complex L&D workflows with enterprise customers for AI integration.
• Design, build, and deploy bespoke AI agents within the Docebo Agent Hub.
• Translate customer insights into platform enhancements and scalable features.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to production deployment.
