Job summary

Superpilot is seeking a Founding Engineer to build our core product from the ground up in Canada. You will work directly with leadership to ship features that enterprise commerce brands rely on daily.

This is a high-ownership role where your technical decisions will shape our architecture for years to come. You will develop the Superpilot apps and agents, track brand performance across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini, and create automated content pipelines while shipping features rapidly

Qualifications

• Production-grade Node.js applications and modern frontend frameworks.
• Familiarity with LLMs including prompt engineering and RAG concepts.
• Ability to work end-to-end across frontend, backend and infra.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the Superpilot apps and agents.
• Develop systems to track brand performance across AI platforms.
• Create automated content pipelines and schema tooling.
• Ship production features quickly while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with customers to understand problems and deliver solutions.
