Job summary

Acestack in Montreal, QC is seeking a seasoned Product Owner to lead cross-functional AI initiatives, focusing on enterprise deployment and end-user AI product enablement across Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Grok, and Gemini.

The role drives multi-region programs from discovery to rollout and handover, owning backlog and delivery roadmap while ensuring security, compliance, and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology project/program management experience in enterprise environments.
• Direct experience leading enterprise deployments of AI or LLM-based products.
• Strong product ownership experience including backlog management, acceptance criteria, release planning, and value measurement.
• Bilingual English/French is strongly preferred for Montreal-based stakeholders and partners.
• Experience with AI governance, risk, security, and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI enablement initiatives from planning, governance through execution, hypercare, and handover.
• Act as Product Owner for the AI portfolio, defining and prioritizing the backlog and translating requirements into features.
• Coordinate configuration, deployment, and scaling of enterprise AI products across regions.
• Ensure deployments align with governance, data privacy, regulatory, and model-usage requirements.
• Track adoption, OSS, and business outcomes with stakeholders.
