Job summary

Feathery is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers, designing, implementing, and scaling complex workflows on the Feathery platform. You will partner with customers, product, and sales to deliver successful implementations and influence product adoption in real-world environments.

This high-ownership role focuses on technical delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and building repeatable playbooks as the team scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong problem-solving skills in workflow automation and data-intensive environments.
• Able to troubleshoot and architect complex solutions for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery across customer implementations from discovery to deployment.
• Architect, implement, and optimize complex workflows on the Feathery platform.
• Advise customers on best practices for scalable workflow solutions.
• Build demos and implementation examples to showcase Feathery capabilities.
