EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect to lead AI-driven, secure production systems with client teams. You will design LLM, RAG, and agentic solutions, govern evaluation, and provide working code to prove decisions at scale.

You will collaborate with enterprise clients and EPAM teams to define architecture decisions, establish governance, and guide pilots from proof-of-concept to production, ensuring reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Client-facing solution architecture experience with AI or production-ready solutions.
• Strong cloud and microservice architecture fundamentals.
• Experience with LLM applications, RAG, and agent frameworks.
• Hands-on Python coding for prototyping and validation.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security controls, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client teams to resolve requirements and record architecture decisions.
• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures covering RAG, agentic workflows and MCP integration.
• Build Cloud FinOps cost models linking feature cost and business value.
• Document AI governance evidence including autonomy limits and rollback controls.
• Develop domain Knowledge Graph slices and apply GraphRAG for retrieval.
• Create Python references and proofs, guiding pilot-to-production transitions.
