EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking an AI Solution Architect to join our cross-functional team. You will bridge business strategy and hands-on delivery, translating stakeholder needs into scalable, AI-driven solutions and real-world workflows.

You will embed with client engineers, design agentic AI workflows, build data pipelines with Python and Databricks, and prototype modern web apps using React and FastAPI. English proficiency required.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years in senior/lead/manager/owner roles.
• Proven track record managing engagements for teams of 5+ full-time employees.
• Strong client-facing acumen in ambiguous environments.
• Hands-on AI and agentic engineering experience including GenAI and RAG.

Responsabilidades

• Embed with client Product Engineers and Master Data teams to gain insight into SKU lifecycle and GTM workflows.
• Translate informal knowledge into structured system requirements and AI use cases.
• Identify opportunities where LLM agents reduce manual work and enable automated data stewardship.
• Design and deploy agentic AI workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Build resilient Python/Databricks data pipelines for SKU reservations and lifecycle state management.
• Develop bi-directional integrations with Oracle ERP for real-time status updates and data synchronization.
• Architect and prototype a modern web app with React frontend and Python/FastAPI backend.
• Implement AI-assisted UI/UX features guiding engineers and auto-populating metadata.
