Job summary

PeoplePilot is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to design scalable, secure technology solutions for operational workflows and document management. The role emphasizes cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, API design, and event-driven architectures.

Collaborate with product owners and delivery teams to translate business requirements into effective solutions; bring leadership in architecture, security, and performance while evaluating emerging technologies such as agentic AI.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solution/technical architecture or senior technical leadership with a transition toward architecture.
• Strong design experience with distributed systems, scalable apps, and APIs.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions supporting operational workflows and document management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, API design, messaging technologies, and event-driven architecture.

The successful candidate will collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Experience with emerging agentic AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), and enterprise AI governance is an added advantage.

Candidates should demonstrate strong technical leadership, architectural design capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business and technology stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical architecture, or strong technical leadership with a transition toward architecture.
• Strong experience designing distributed systems, scalable applications, and APIs.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with messaging systems and event-driven architecture.
• Strong understanding of microservices, system integration, reliability, security, and performance.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture and solution designs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical presentation skills.
• Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and adapt to evolving business and technology strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to agentic AI architectures, LLM deployment patterns, or enterprise AI governance.
• Experience with workflow automation and document management platforms.
• Experience in financial services, banking, or other regulated enterprise environments.
• Experience presenting architecture proposals to governance forums and senior stakeholders.
