Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer-Associate Manager to implement enterprise AI platforms inside client environments, driving time-to-value, adoption, reliability and scalability. You will own outcomes across architecture, governance, and deployment, working shoulder-to-shoulder with client teams and executives.

You will lead multi-stakeholder deployments, prototype rapid AI-enabled workflows, and shape long-term AI strategies with CTO/CFO/CISO stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field.
• 7+ years engineering experience with cloud-native systems and APIs; Java/TypeScript/JavaScript/Python.
• 1+ year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• 1+ year applying AI-native and agentic software development practices.
• 1+ year experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI).
• 7+ years leading software engineering teams.
• 5+ years client-facing communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience translating business needs into technical designs in large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across client environments, owning scope and outcomes.
• Drive rapid production prototyping and deployment of AI-enabled workflows.
• Architect and govern enterprise AI solutions across identity, data, security, and integrations.
• Shape AI reinvention strategy with client executives and ROI roadmaps.
• Codify learnings and publish assets to scale across engagements.
• Lead architecture sessions and executive workshops with client leadership.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Design end-to-end AI solutions integrating LLMs with enterprise platforms.
