Job summary

WellnessLiving is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design and deploy production-grade AI-powered workflows and copilots. The role focuses on automating business operations, deploying customer-facing AI solutions, and accelerating product delivery using modern AI tooling.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, product, and customer teams to identify bottlenecks and implement measurable AI-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in software development, automation, technical operations, or AI-enabled product work.
• Basic-to-intermediate coding ability (Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar).
• Familiarity with AI development tools and modern LLM ecosystems.
• Experience with APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on exposure to tools/platforms such as Claude, Codex, MCP, AWS, and AI copilots.
• Strong builder mentality and ability to move quickly with ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High ownership, curiosity, and enthusiasm for AI.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows, copilots, automations, and agentic systems.
• Rapidly prototype and ship internal and customer-facing AI solutions.
• Work directly with stakeholders to understand operational bottlenecks and automate workflows.
• Use modern AI tooling to accelerate development velocity and feature delivery.
• Configure and orchestrate LLM-driven systems using APIs, agents, MCPs, databases, and automation frameworks.
• Reduce operational load by replacing repetitive manual processes with AI-native systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, customer success, and engineering teams.
• Operate with high autonomy and ownership in fast-moving environments.
