The US Oncology Network is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Engineer (Forward Deployed Engineering) to drive the identification, design, prototyping, and validation of AI-enabled solutions that address complex business and operational challenges across the organization.

This senior role sits at the intersection of software engineering, AI solutioning, business consulting, and innovation, partnering with leaders and technical teams to move validated solutions toward production delivery.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in software engineering, solution engineering, architecture, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Experience delivering AI-powered solutions and leading complex initiatives.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into working technical solutions; strong stakeholder engagement.

The US Oncology Network is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Engineer (Forward Deployed Engineering) to drive the identification, design, prototyping, and validation of AI-enabled solutions that address complex business and operational challenges across the organization.

This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, AI solutioning, business consulting, and innovation. The Lead AI Solutions Engineer partners directly with business leaders, operational stakeholders, clinicians, and technical teams to understand problems, shape opportunities, rapidly validate solutions through prototypes, and establish a clear path to production delivery.

As a senior technical leader, this role provides end-to-end ownership of the early solution lifecycle, influences enterprise AI adoption, drives technical direction across initiatives, and ensures validated solutions can be successfully industrialized through collaboration with engineering, architecture, security, compliance, and data teams.

What You'll Do

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams and leading complex initiatives.

Preferred

• Healthcare, oncology, or clinical operations experience.
• Experience with Azure AI, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
• Experience working in regulated environments and applying Responsible AI principles.
