We are looking for a skilled Forklift Operator (Counterbalance) to join our team in Orangeville, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, locate, and stack products, ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Counterbalance forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials in racks and very narrow aisles.
• Conduct pre-operational checks and ensure the forklift is in good working condition.
• Move, stack, and organize inventory accurately within the warehouse.
• Assist in maintaining inventory records and ensure proper documentation.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and report any issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Valid Forklift Certification for Counterbalance, pump truck and walkie truck.
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.

Shift timing: 12 hour continental shift (Bi-weekly rotation in day/ night shift)
