RONA is seeking a skilled forklift operator for our distribution center in Canada. You will help receive, load, and move products while prioritizing safety and accuracy to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, preparing and assembling orders, maintaining a clean workspace, and recording stock movements. Teamwork, adaptability, and customer service focus are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certification (license if required).
• Ability to perform physical work (lifting up to 23 kg) in varied outdoor conditions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team spirit with effective communication and autonomy.
• Familiarity with stock management procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to load, unload, and store products according to standards.
• Inspect equipment, loads, and products to ensure compliance and report issues.
• Prepare and assemble orders, prioritizing tasks and ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment by assisting with warehouse and yard maintenance.
• Record returns and stock adjustments in the system.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service using SMART principles.
