Job summary

ATCO Structures is seeking a Forklift Operator (Material Handler) for our Rockyview Manufacturing facility. This full-time, union role involves organizing materials, operating a forklift, and supporting production in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of forklift and material handling experience, with supervisory exposure preferred and a strong safety mindset. The role offers day shifts, Monday–Friday, in an indoor manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Certified forklift operator with 5+ years of experience.
• Ability to work 6:30 am – 3:30 pm MST, Monday to Friday (flexibility may be required).
• Supervisory experience in warehouse/manufacturing preferred.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills preferred.
• Commitment to safety as a top priority.

Responsibilities

• Organize assigned areas and materials.
• Operate forklift and unload incoming shipments.
• Process receiving paperwork (packing slips, bill of lading).
• Deliver materials to workstations and storage locations.
• Complete inventory counts and relocations.
• Assist with garbage and recycling removal.
• Support Production with line moves as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
