Qualifications

• Valid Fork Lift license and one year of experience required.
• Strong communication, customer service, basic mathematical, and organizational skills.
• Recognize unsafe conditions or hazards within the work area.
• Team player with a desire to get the job done correctly and on time.
• Flexible and willing to learn new functions within the receiving department.
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to accept responsibility and work well under pressure.
• Computer skills are required.
• Ability to withstand very warm and very cold temperatures.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently and perform basic foot-to-metric calculations.
• Previous crane experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Receive packing slips.
• Fulfill Kanban orders as required.
• Pick material and deliver all production boards.
• Generate and fill transfers.
• Slab picking.
• Aluminum picking.
• PH tech picking.
• Accurate cycle counting.
• Cardboard recycling and golf cart driving.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of working area.
• Deliver product to various areas of the factory as required.
