Job summary

Agropur is seeking candidates for a permanent full-time warehouse position in Canada. The role involves operating warehouse machinery and performing core warehouse tasks in a temperature-controlled environment. Overtime is available, with health coverage and paid training included.

Availability across all shifts is required. 2 weeks of vacation after one year, increasing after three years; premiums apply; walkie/reach truck experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Available for all shifts (morning, afternoon, night and weekends).
• Basic ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to operate a walkie or reach truck is an asset.
• Previous warehouse experience is an asset.
• Experience in the food industry (asset).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse machinery (Ride-along Walkie, Reach Truck and Counterbalance).
• Warehouse functions include: Picking, Receiving, Loading, Replenishment, etc.
• Handle goods that can weigh between 40 to 50 pounds.
• Working in a temperature-controlled environment with company provided personal protective equipment and refrigerated gear.
• Monitor and report inventory losses.

• Hourly Rate starts at $27.14/hr
• Premiums of $0.75 (Aft) or $0.85 (Ngt).
• Guaranteed full-time position with 40 hours a week.
• Overtime is available based on business needs at a time and a half rate or double-time rate as applicable.
• Paid training for all job tasks and requirements
• 2 weeks of vacations after one year of service, increasing to 3 weeks after three years.
