Randstad Canada in Oakville, ON is seeking a permanent Counterbalance Forklift Operator for the plant floor. This role offers weekday hours, competitive pay, and stable full-time employment in a clean, modern facility with safety as a priority.

You will operate propane and electric forklifts, unload/load trailers, stage materials, and ensure accuracy with RF scanners and WMS. A valid forklift license and 1+ year experience are required.

Competenze

• Valid counterbalance forklift license/certification.
• 1+ years of experience operating counterbalance forklifts in manufacturing or distribution.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs in an active industrial environment.
• Full availability for the afternoon shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) too.

Mansioni

• Operate counterbalance forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack raw materials and finished goods.
• Transport ingredients, packaging supplies, and finished products between production lines and warehouse storage.
• Perform pre-shift forklift safety inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Use RF scanners and WMS software to track material movements and verify paperwork.
• Execute dock loading/unloading operations following safe procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area compliant with GMP and health and safety standards.

Forklift Operator – Midday Shift (Oakville, ON)

• Location: Oakville, Ontario
• Shift: Monday – Friday 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Pay: $21.00/hr to start ➔ $22.00/hr after probation

• Familiarity with RF scanners and basic computerized inventory tools.
