Job summary

Svemy Construction Ltd. is seeking an experienced construction supervisor to oversee projects on site across multiple locations in Alberta.

The role requires strong leadership, reporting, and adherence to safety standards to ensure timely, quality results. The ideal candidate will have secondary school graduation or equivalent experience, 2–3 years of field experience, and a willingness to relocate as needed.

• Prepare production and other reports
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Supervise workers and projects
• Co-ordinate and schedule activities
• Oversee apprenticeship training
• Train or arrange for training
• Set up equipment
