Job summary

Junoacres is seeking a construction laborer to join our on-site team in British Columbia. You will load and move materials, assist in erecting forms and scaffolding, and help with pouring concrete and asphalt on active projects.

The role requires 3–5 years of construction experience, strong physical stamina, and good manual dexterity. English communication is essential to coordinate with crew and supervisors on site.

Qualifications

• 3 years to less than 5 years of construction experience.
• English language required for daily tasks.
• On-site at a physical location in BC with no remote option.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and transport construction materials.
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades.
• Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
• Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction.
• Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
• Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs.
• Clean and pile salvaged materials.
• Perform routine maintenance work.
• Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
• Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
