At Team Horizon , our Landscape Maintenance teams take pride in creating and caring for landscapes our clients love. We’re a supportive group of professionals who bring energy, skill, and attention to detail to every property.
This seasonal leadership role typically runs from March/April through October or November and we are looking to round out our crew through the end of this season with the ability to look forward afterward.
As a Landscape Maintenance Foreman , you’ll lead a dedicated crew while working closely with the Maintenance Field Manager. You’ll be hands-on in the field, guiding your team, ensuring quality work, and helping bring divisional goals to life — all while enjoying the outdoors.

Physical Requirements
This is a 100% labour-based role requiring lifting 50+ lbs and repetitive bending, crouching, twisting, and standing or walking for extended periods.
Your office is outdoors — rain or shine. Shifts are 4 x 10-hour days , giving you a 3-day weekend . Dress for the weather and embrace the elements.
This role runs spring through October or November .
