Job summary

Seasonal Impact is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to support our Landscape Development division, performing hardscape/softscape work, maintenance, and outdoor duties on sites in Edmonton.

This seasonal role runs through October 31 (weather permitting) and requires a reliable, safety‑minded team player who can operate small engine equipment and help other crews while upholding high workmanship standards.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out high‑standard work for Landscape Development, including hardscape/softscape installation and maintenance
  • Operate small engine equipment and assist other departments as needed
  • Care for site cleanliness and safety, ensuring tasks are completed to spec
  • Meet production targets and quality/safety expectations

About the Opportunity

This position is responsible for carrying out a high standard of work relating to the Landscape Development division at Seasonal Impact. This work includes but is not limited to hardscape/softscape installation and maintenance, operating small engine equipment, watering, snow removal in the winter months, and assisting other departments as needed.

  • Execute verbal and written instructions from the Foreman
  • Completing jobs using hand tools and powered equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensuring appropriate services are 100% complete
  • Meet desired production rates, quality control, and safety measures
