Brandt Tractor Ltd is seeking a Foreman at our Regina Construction and Forestry location. The role involves organizing daily work, dispatching technicians, and ensuring quality repairs while advising on technician skills and training needs.

You will supervise service technicians, maintain an organized work area, and foster a culture of customer service and service excellence. Strong organizational skills and a background in heavy equipment are essential.

Competenze

• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate tasks across a team.
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office tools.
• Must be willing to be available after-hours.
• Experience with heavy equipment service environments is preferred.
• Certified Journeyman in the Heavy Duty Equipment technician trade or equivalent.
• Experience in a service department setting is required.
• Familiarity with John Deere and similar brands is preferred.
• Forklift license is a plus.

Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Foreman reporting to our Regina Construction and Forestry location. The successful applicant for this position will be responsible for the daily organization and dispatch of technicians, providing quality repair work for the Campbell River service Department, advising and making recommendations to the Service Manager regarding technician skills and training needs.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Responsible for the organization of the work performed and quality control
• Supervise the work of service technicians
• Maintain an organized, clean work environment Advise and mentor technicians

• Ability to communicate and work effectively with customers, the service team, and other branch personnel
• Establish & maintain an on-call field schedule
• Converse with the customers and operators on the phone, email, or in person
• Manage costs and ensure profitability of the department
• Opening and closing work orders, preparing work orders for warranty
• Other duties as required

What We Look For

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous mechanical experience in a heavy equipment environment is an asset
• Certified Journeyman in the Heavy Duty Equipment technician trade or equivalent designated trade required
• Experience in a service department setting required
• Familiarity with John Deere and competitive products preferred
• Forklift license preferred
