We are currently seeking a Shop Foreman to join Land Rover North Vancouver. Reporting to the Service Manager, the Shop Foreman will be responsible for ensuring the proper repair and servicing of all vehicles in the service department while maintaining technician productivity at levels set by management. This role involves providing direct on-the-job assistance to technicians, coordinating and conducting training, inspecting work for proper completion, and fostering a high-productivity environment through motivational leadership and effective administration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform quality control inspections
2. Conduct test drives with customers as needed
3. Review and log customer come-backs
4. Assist with dispatching work into the shop
5. Implement health and safety policies and ensure compliance
6. Diagnose vehicle issues and assist technicians
7. Support the service manager with shop-related tasks
