Land Rover North Vancouver is currently seeking a Shop Foreman.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper repair and servicing of all vehicles in the service department
• Maintain technician productivity levels as determined by management
• Provide on-the-job assistance to technicians
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions
• Inspect jobs for proper completion
• Create an environment for high productivity through leadership and administration
• Perform quality control inspections
• Conduct test drives with customers as needed
• Review and log customer comebacks
• Assist with dispatching work into the shop
• Implement health and safety policies and ensure compliance
• Diagnose vehicle issues and assist technicians
• Support the service manager with shop-related tasks
