Job summary

Outcape is hiring an Experienced Foreman for our Edmundston, NB and Dartmouth, NS crews. This role supports commercial roofing projects through installation, repair, maintenance and safe job-site execution.

You will coordinate crews, read drawings and blueprints, engage with clients professionally, and work closely with the Project Manager to meet contract documents, schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience as construction foreman.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines.
• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate and report effectively.
• Aptitude in math.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Willingness to acquire safety training and accreditation.

Responsibilities

Job Summary
