Job summary

Atlas-Apex Roofing Inc. is seeking an Estimator & Account Manager to join our fast-paced team in New Brunswick.

You will attend new construction and re-roofing tender site meetings with building owners, and provide fast, accurate pricing for roofing projects. Responsibilities include assembling detailed quotations and budget reports, maintaining proactive communication with clients, consultants and engineers, and developing new client relationships while servicing existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years roofing estimating experience required.
• Knowledge of flat roofing systems: TPO, PVC, BUR, etc.
• Ability to read bid specifications and contract documents.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Problem solving and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean abstract.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Atlas-Apex Roofing (NB) Inc. is currently seeking a talented and motivated Estimator & Account Manager who is looking for a challenging opportunity in a fast-paced environment to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Attending new construction and re-roofing tender site meetings as well as working directly with building owners.
• Provide fast, accurate, all‑encompassing pricing for all roofing projects.
• Assembling detailed roof replacement quotations and budget presentation reports.
• Continual and proactive communication with clients, consultants & engineers throughout the bidding portion of potential projects.
• Develop new client relationships while maintaining our current client base.

Qualifications/Skills

• 3‑5 years’ construction (roofing) estimating experience required.
• Knowledge of various flat roofing systems: e.g. TPO, PVC, BUR, etc.
• Ability to read and comprehend bid specifications and contract documents. Accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
• Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present information one‑on‑one to clients, consultants, and other employees within the company as needed.
• Ability to understand and carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form and deal with problems in a creative manner. Must be a problem solver.
• Ability to relate well to all kinds of people, can build constructive and effective relationships using diplomacy and tact.
• Must be a self‑motivated person with the ability to work at fast paced professional level.
• Valid driver’s license with clean abstract.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
