Job Title : Food Service Supervisor

Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Salary : $00 per hour

We are hiring a motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor for a fast-food restaurant on behalf of our client in Saskatoon. The selected candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a team, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain food quality and safety standards, and optimize overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Management: Schedule shifts to ensure smooth operations. Provide guidance and performance feedback.
2. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure prompt and friendly service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
3. Food Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of food quality and sanitation. Enforce food safety regulations and conduct regular inspections.
4. Inventory and Cost Control: Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability.
5. Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training for employees.
6. Administrative Duties: Prepare and maintain reports, including production and quality metrics.

Work Schedule:

8-hour shifts (Day, Evening, and Morning) from Monday to Friday, with weekend availability.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in the Food & Beverage industry for candidates inside Canada.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry for candidates outside Canada.
• English proficiency with CLB 6 minimum.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Proficient in food service technology and software.
