Responsibilities

• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Cost products and services
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service

Support for Youths

• On‑job training tailored to youth
• Mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth
• Awareness training for employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth

Qualifications

• Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000
• Supervision: More than 20 people
