Job summary

McDonald's Fergus is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, implement procedures, and ensure great customer service at the Fergus location in Ontario. You will manage inventory, cost control, and supervise staff while upholding health and safety standards.

The role requires conducting performance reviews, addressing customer concerns, and planning, organizing, and evaluating day-to-day operations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma (3 months to less than 1 year).
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
• English language proficiency.
