Job summary

MARBLE SLAB CREAMERY is seeking an on-site supervisor with 2–3 years of experience to manage daily operations and lead a small team. You will oversee inventory, customer service, and product merchandising while coordinating marketing initiatives to attract shoppers and increase sales.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and strong organizational, budgeting, and people-management skills to drive consistent, high-quality service.
