Job summary

Alberta Health Services is seeking a Food Services Supervisor at Chinook Regional Hospital in Lethbridge to lead frontline staff and ensure safe, high-quality patient and retail meals. The role requires a post-secondary qualification in nutrition/food service and at least 3 years in a food services management role, with strong MS Office skills and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in Nutrition and/or Food Service Management.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Food Services management role.
• Knowledge and operation of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and scheduling, recruitment, employee development, and performance management.
• Food safety, quality standards, and retail operations.
• Management of food, supply and labour expenses; patient meal services.
