Confidence Management Solutions, LLC is recruiting experienced Food Service Workers for a long-term care nursing facility in Cortland, NY. Responsibilities include preparing meals, delivering trays, and maintaining clean dining and kitchen areas.

Shifts are Day and Evening, with alternating weekends and holidays. A high school diploma or GED is required; ServSafe certification is preferred or can be earned after hire; one year of healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• ServSafe Certification preferred or will become ServSafe certified after hired.
• 1-year long-term care, hospital, or healthcare experienced preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and/or assists in the preparation of meals, beverages, and snacks.
• Delivering trays and carts to resident floors and dining rooms
• Assembling resident meal trays. Working in the dish room and pot sink
• Sweeping and mopping. Disposal of trash and recyclables
• Follow proper cleaning techniques of all kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
