Dairy Queen in New Brunswick is seeking an energetic restaurant team member to join our on-site operations. You will supervise staff, help prepare meals, and ensure quality and service standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

We value teamwork, strong communication, and reliability. The role involves scheduling, training, and occasionally hiring staff, with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety compliance.

Competenze

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
• On-site work with no remote option.
• Experience in a fast-food environment.

Mansioni

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Hire food service staff
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Establish work schedules
