Job summary

AJOC IMMIGRATION CONSULTANCY SERVICES is seeking a full-time supervisor who will oversee kitchen staff in a fast-paced food service setting. The role requires 1–2 years of experience, a high school diploma, and a criminal record check.

The employee will coordinate schedules, train staff, and ensure food quality and safety. Work involves supervising teams of 3–4 and 5–10 people, and maintaining records and reports while providing strong client-focused service.

Qualifications

• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Prepare budget and cost estimates.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
• Prepare food order summaries for chef.
