Food Service Supervisor

Salary: $19.00 hourly / 38 to 44 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time

Employment location: 1534 Dundas Street Woodstock, ON N4S 7V9 / On Site – Work must be completed at the Physical Location.

Responsibilities & Tasks
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers’ complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
  • Supervisory experience

Ability to supervise: 11–15 people.
