Job summary

Kibbi in Windsor, Ontario is seeking an experienced kitchen supervisor to oversee daily food preparation and portioning, ensuring timely meals and consistent quality.

You will train staff in duties, sanitation and safety, coordinate schedules, maintain stock records, and prepare order summaries for the chef. This role is on site with emphasis on food safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a kitchen or food service.
• Ability to work on-site in Windsor, Ontario.
• Knowledge of sanitation & safety procedures.
