Job summary

Tim Hortons in Toronto is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. This role requires strong hands-on leadership, effective staff scheduling, and a commitment to delivering excellent guest service during peak hours.

You will lead by example, train team members, address issues on shift, and work across roles to ensure optimal coverage while maintaining a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in fast food services industry

• Assists in ensuring optimal team member coverage at all times and works various positions during busy periods to maintain optimal service levels through demonstrated floor leadership
