Job summary

Madras Maple Cafe is seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee kitchen staff and food preparation at our Prince George location. You will train team members in duties and safety, estimate ingredients, and ensure quality standards while addressing guest concerns. You will also maintain stock records and prepare routine reports.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, and a secondary school diploma or equivalent. This is an on-site position in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
