Job summary

Lethbridge Polytechnic in Alberta, Canada is seeking an on-site Food Services Supervisor to lead staff who prepare and portion meals. You will train team members in duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and estimate ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.

Maintain quality control, address customer concerns, and manage stock, repairs, and wastage while establishing daily work schedules. This full-time role requires 1 year to less than 2 years of experience and no degree is required.
