Job summary

McDonald's Grand Bend is seeking a Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020) to lead and coordinate a team in daily food preparation and service. You will establish schedules, train staff in duties, sanitation, and safety while ensuring quality and consistency across operations.

The role includes hiring, inventory management, and maintaining records of stock and wastage, with a strong focus on youth engagement and mentorship opportunities. English required.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation is required.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of related experience preferred.
